No spamming from our servers.
No site promotion using unsolicited commercial e-mails (spam).
No hacking from our servers.
No software development or debugging.
No adult content on our general webservers.

Sites that contravene these simple rules may be suspended, we are the final arbiter in these matters. We trap all e-mails directed to: "abuse@clientsdomain" for this purpose.

All server content must comply with current UK legislation. Examples: trade marks, copyright, obscenity, data protection, libel and so on.

Charges and rates are variable and may be altered from time to time.

Domains are registered in your name. You may transfer your hosting to another organisation at any time, a written authority is required. There are no transfer out fees. All monies owing to us must be paid in full before name(s) are released.

Domain registrations are placed with an appropriate registrar.

Currently: .com, .net, .org, .biz, .eu, .info, .it, .mobi, .name, & .tv domains are placed with OpenSRS, an ICANN accredited registrar. Registrations placed with OpenSRS are subject to their terms & conditions, which can be found here.

Your attention is drawn to the ICANN "Registrant Rights and Responsibilities", which applies to the following domains: .com, .net, .org & .tv.

Currently: .uk domains are placed with: Daily.co.uk. Registrations placed with Daily.co.uk are subject to their terms & conditions, which can be found here.

.uk domains are subject to the Nominet "Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration".

 We may change  these conditions at any time. We will inform you of any changes affecting the terms of your hosting. If, as a result of the changes made to these terms, your site(s) can no longer be hosted by TV Science Ltd., you may be entitled to a refund of fees for the remainder of the term.
